How to Purchase Online

• Click the "buy now" button. You will see details of the product and the item will be added in your shopping cart. You can "Update" your order details, you can choose "Continue Shopping" or "Check Out" by then.

• You will be leaded to our member pages, log in with your member id and password if you are a returning customer, so you don't need to key in the same information again, you'll be able to select recipients from your Address Book.

• (if you are  a new customer, By creating an account at Chinadowntown.com you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an orders status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made, and you will receive our promotion benefits time by time. )

• (For the system setting, your delivery address is same as your billing address. ) As a member, you are able to add your shipping address into your address book during check out. Please remember to provide us the contactable telephone number of recipient.

• Fill in your personal details and your delivery address as requested on the form and click on " Continue"

• Fill in your delivery information such as your desired delivery date, Your Message to Recipient ,  Your Delivery Instructions etc, click on "Continue"

• Choose your payment method. Fill in your Payment Information-Again, there's no need to fill in your details if you are already logged in. However, remember to select the mode of payment here. 

• Check you Order Confirmation, Your shopping cart will be displayed. You can make modifications to the delivery date and quantity here. Click on "Confirm Order",  You'll be forwarded to a Secured Server with a URL address starting with https:// https://select.worldpay.com/wcc/purchase

• Fill in your credit card information on our payment secured web site. Your credit card details are encrypted using the latest 128-Bit Geo Trust Encryption Technology.  Enter credit card number without any spacing.      Enter expiry date. Enter card holder's name.  Enter your email address again. Enter billing address. (The billing address should be same as your credit card billing address).   

• After successful payment, your order is complete!  Done! Your order is given a unique Order ID and a payment transaction id if you choose payment method by credit card. You will receive e-mail confirmation from payment web site with your online payment transaction id. You will receive another e-mail from us with your order id. Please keep it for your own record.

• Your order is placed on our processing list. The following will also be made available: • An email will be sent to you, notifying you of the order. • A receipt will be presented immediately after your order is completed. Click the "view order receipt" button to view and print it. You can begin to track the status of your order via our Order Tracking service (please login to access this feature). Should there be any issues with your order, our customer service representatives will be in touch with you by phone or email.  You will be informed by e-mail when delivery is done. 

• We send out the notification email as soon as your order is completed, so you should receive it shortly. If you don't hear from us at all, the delay could be caused by heavy web traffic or overwhelming seasonal orders.
