Cancellation Policy
To
cancel any orders, please e-mail
us. Please quote the Order o. in all correspondences.
All
requests will be replied by e-mail whether cancellation request has
been accepted, although the notification may not be immediate.

amount of refund related to an order cancellation is as follows:

credit card has not been charged AND flowers
have not been ordered from our supplier.
85%
When
credit card has been charged AND flowers have
not been ordered from our supplier.

After
flowers have been ordered from our supplier.

Refund
Policy
Under the
following circumstances, refund is possible :
Cancellation of order. Please
see Order Cancellation Policy above.
Full refund for non-delivery of
items, although this is very rare. Refunding process will be
carried out within three days when one of the conditions stated
above is satisfied. Fund will be credited into the credit card
account that was debited.
In case of unavailability of
certain flowers, colors or items that has been ordered, customer
will be informed first before any delivery. Unavailability of
a particular flower type or color could be due to various factors.
No refund for items to be sent by
post, if the non-delivery problem is due to the receiving country's
customs, postage or shipping system.
Note :
Refund will be given at the
discretion of the company management.
Substitution
Policy
While we will deliver the types,
number of stalks and colors of main flowers that are ordered,
however, the fillers, wrappers or the way the flowers are
arranged may be different from the image posted. The end
product will always be maintained to its professional standard,
quality and value.
We will change or modify to other
product designs of the same value if the colors and flower types are
not available. Although this is rare, it can happen when supply is
low or demand is exceptionally high during a particular season.
Wherever possible, customers will
informed of any major changes to the product before delivery.
